Such a promotional materials will be to promote AEGEE across the Europe.<\/p>\n<h3>Format of designs:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Poster \u2013 A2 size, colour 4\/0<\/li>\n<li>Leaflet \u2013 A4 size,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.castleprint.co.uk\/images\/leaflet_design\/leaflet_2.jpg\">double folded<\/a>, colour 4\/4<\/li>\n<li>Flyer \u2013 A6 size, colour 4\/4<\/li>\n<li>Flyer \u2013 A6 size, colour 1\/1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Design Guidelines<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Design must respect <a href=\"http:\/\/aegee.org\/press\/media-library\/\">AEGEE Visual Identity<\/a>, custom design elements are allowed and welcome<\/li>\n<li>Designs should be computer generated preferably in vector art form or as an <strong>Illustrator file<\/strong>, although alternate files will be accepted in the contest.<\/li>\n<li>Designs should reflect the specific identity of the organisation\n<ul>\n<li>International<\/li>\n<li>No National Level<\/li>\n<li>Voluntary<\/li>\n<li>Young<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic<\/li>\n<li>Pro-European<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Design of the leaflets should include the text of <a href=\"http:\/\/aegee.org\/about-aegee\/\">AEGEE Identity<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Promotional materials will be translated in other languages<\/li>\n<li>Usage of AEGEE Stock pictures is possible via request<\/li>\n<li>All entries must be original and own creation.<\/li>\n<li>Artwork must not be fashioned after or appear similar to trademarked or copyrighted material.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting a design under <a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativecommons.org\">Creative Commons Licences<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Submission of designs is made online<\/strong>, via the form accessible at <a href=\"https:\/\/podio.com\/webforms\/6715127\/520281\">https:\/\/podio.com\/webforms\/6715127\/520281<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Who can participate:<\/h3>\n<p>Contest is open to everybody and there is no limitation in the number of proposals that can be send per each participant.<\/p>\n<h3>Target Group of the promotional materials<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University Students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prize<\/h3>\n<p>All entry designs will be screened and those that comply with the rules and have met the guidelines and specifications as read above and on the Guidelines will be judged by the Board of Directors of AEGEE-Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The winning design will receive <strong>2x InterRail Global Pass 10 days within 22 days valued 800 EUR<\/strong>, to be used before the end of 2014.
